From June 15-17, 2026, the 27th Hi&Fi Asia-China 2026 (FiA), Asia’s leading food ingredient exhibition, was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). With the core theme of “Ingredients Renewed, Health Extended,” the event brought together over 2,500 exhibitors and 120,000+ professional visitors from around the world.
This year’s FiA focused on six key sectors: probiotics, flavor enhancement, sports nutrition, the silver economy, oral beauty products, and new food ingredients. It brought together domestic and international industry giants and innovative companies, creating a one-stop exhibition system covering food ingredients, health nutrition, processing, and packaging.
