We provide comprehensive after‑sales support covering product use and issue resolution.
Warranty: 24 months from delivery. If products fail to meet specifications due to our production/raw materials, we compensate proportionally after review.
Traceability: Each batch has a unique lot number and full traceability from raw materials to finished products for precise issue identification.
Transit damage: In case of package damage or moisture, take photos upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours. We will assist in claiming against the carrier and arrange replacement or compensation accordingly.
